Moderately paced practice with classical postures and breathwork to
renew and energize. Experienced yogis and beginners in good physical

A NOTE ABOUT CLASS LEVELS: Level 1
classes are suitable for brand-new beginners to yoga as well as
experienced yogis who wish to refine the basics. Level 2 is for those
with prior experience or beginners in good physical shape; Level 3 is
for experienced yogis. In mixed-level classes, teachers offer less- and
more- challenging options for approaching most poses.
Class drop-in rate: $14
To register for a session of classes:
Mail a check along with your contact info to SS Yoga, PO Box 1457,
Shepherdstown, W.Va. 25443 (Or register in a current yoga class.) With
your registration, note the class code/s of the class/es you'd like to
take.
Registration Fees:
Each class is priced individually. Check the schedule above to
determine the fee for your class/es of choice. The Unlimited Class Pass
fee is $210 for the Winter Yoga Session.
Registration Discounts:
Students and Seniors (60+) may deduct $5 from total fees. Those with
registrations postmarked or delivered in class on or before Dec. 19
may deduct $5 from each class code for which they register. Purchasers
of an Unlimited Class Pass may deduct $10 off the class pass rate.
An Unlimited Class Pass ($210)enables
yogis to choose from more than 140 total classes throughout the Winter
Yoga Session. The Class Pass excludes Yamuna Body Rolling and
Classical Yoga unless pass-holders intend to be regular participants in
either class (teacher permission required for Classical Yoga.) If you
intend to use your class pass for Body Rolling, make a note of it on
registration form. Class sizes are limited. The Class Pass may be used
only by the named pass holder, and is not transferable to any other
person, or to a future yoga session.
Class rates include 6% WV state sales tax.
Refund Policy: 100% if cancelled one week before class begins.
Make-up Policy:
We encourage students to make up missed classes by attending
similar-level classes during the same session in which they miss a
class, except for Body Rolling* and Classical Yoga, which are
unavailable for makeups. Missed classes are not transferrable to future
sessions, and no credits are issued for missed classes.
*Those
with two or more years of yoga experience may use Body Rolling classes
as makeups but must call JiJi or Judy in advance to assure space is

Precautions: Our classes are not suitable for 12-year-olds and younger or for pregnant women. Please call if interested in prenatal yoga.
Snow and Inclement Weather Policy
In the case of
extreme weather, we will cancel class/es and offer makeups at the end
of the session. We do not necessarily follow closings or delays
implemented by Jefferson County Schools. Common sense should prevail
even if classes or workshops are held during minor snows. Please call
